I wasn't able to go to MAX, so I really appreciate Peter Elst posting videos from the sneak peek session showing some amazing things to look forward to for both designers and developers. Aral Balkan also posted a video of some features of the upcoming Flash Player 10. It's clear from the videos that the folks at Adobe have taken Flash and expanded it to do some incredible things.

The vids show some major new features coming down the pipe for Flash workers and all those cool new things mean the high demand for people with Flash skills will continue. Speaking of that.. If you know Flash or Flex and need a job then please get in touch.
