Just noticed this.. vongo .. it’s a site that allows you to download and watch movies for a set, monthly fee. We’ve seen these before, so it’s going to be interesting to see if this one sticks. If you click on the “Learn more” button (hey.. no bookmarking?) and watch one of the videos you might be like me and wonder where the pause button and the volume adjustment is… hmm.. they use an all Flash UI for their site which probably offends and confuses some.. ah well.
Anyway, they have lots of ads on tv.. good selection of movies.. people are finally getting broadband and fast PCs so the hardware support is there.. $9.99/mo. They might actually make it as long as they’re paying the MAN.
