I have a component on a timeline.. the component has a glow filter applied to it internally (applied to a clip within the component via code within the component). The glow shows up. Move the playhead forward on the timeline and the glow is still there. Back up (go to previous frames) and the glow disappears. The glow doesn't return even if the playhead is moved forward through the same frames. No tweening involved here, just a component on the stage and moving the playhead back and forth.
