I went to a .NET rollout event in Charlotte years ago and this is nothing like it.. I haven't seen a suit but I have seen lots of baggy shorts and some tattoos.
This is a great thing Adobe is doing.. they've got some great presentations, good location, good food, and they have good swag (a book and a t-shirt amongst other stuff) for us.. and it's FREE (as in beer.. well, except for the parking fee). If you're near one of the other stops on the tour then I'd highly recommend you find the time to go. Oh.. and don't forget they added a stop in Raleigh/Durham, NC and it's not on the map
I'm not going to do live blogging.. just thought I'd say I'm here and encourage others to make an effort to go to one of the other stops on the tour.
...ok, so I had to edit and update. A couple of interesting things (at least I think).
- I didn't hear the word "Central" all day. Maybe I was out of the room..
- I haven't seen anyone use the Flash IDE in demos/presentations. Everything was in FlexBuilder or other apps. Again, maybe I was out of the room..
